Rose raspberry cheesecake 玫瑰覆盆子乳酪蛋糕,有人问我玫瑰味的cheesecake好不好吃,我不知道,于是就做了一个试试。喜欢玫瑰和覆盆子的味道,两种面糊混合了烤。味道是: 很好吃!

朋友来家里吃饭,做了意大利菜。甜点,当然也要是意大利的,Vanilla panne cotta。通常是要从容器里扣出来的,不过那样不够好看。原来食谱里用half & half,我用牛奶代替,怕胖。

 

 

Vanilla panna cotta  意式香草牛奶布丁
 
材料
1tbsp 吉利丁粉
2tbsp 冷水
2cup  鲜奶油
1cup  牛奶
1/3cup 糖
1根 香草荚
 
1. 将吉利丁粉和水混合,静至2分钟,用小火加热,直到完全溶解,离火。
2. 把香草荚划开,取出里面的籽。
3. 混合鲜奶油、牛奶、糖、香草籽和香草荚,中高火加热,煮到将近沸腾,离火,取出香草荚。
4. 倒入融化的吉利丁液混合。
5. 倒入容器放凉,放入冰箱过夜。
