Vanilla mascarpone Coeur à la Crème with raspberries and blackberries

很早就有这个模子,但是一直没有很喜欢的食谱来做。Coeur à la Crème的意思是heart of cream,很传统的法式甜点。

在模子里要铺上一层纱布,才有表面的纹路。味道也很特别,用的是vanilla mascarpone cheese,和普通做tiramisu用的不一样。还有青檬的清香,奶味也很浓。底部有小孔的容器,铺上一层纱布都可以用来做这个甜点。

因为好吃,把第一口和最后一口都给你们看。
